Books on Evangelism
There are many, many books on evangelism, and you
can buy these from your favourite Christian bookshop - there's a good
one in Newent. However, sometimes authors are generous for the Lord,
and offer their books for FREE. Here is one that I thoroughly
recommend - it's one of the best books on evangelism that I have ever
come across.
It is called "Biblical
Patterns of Evangelism Today" written by Korky Davey. Korky
trained at Trinity Theological College, Bristol, and is an "Open Air
Campaigner" (OAC) - a street preacher. He also ministers a great deal
in schools. His ministry has taken him to many countries in the Lord's
service.
This book is a thorough look at what works – and doesn’t work – when
it comes to evangelism. In this very readable book, evangelist Korky
Davey looks at many aspects of taking God’s word out to His people,
sharing his experience in many countries.
